Old Gems shared in New Ways: Since I grew up in India, I realize I view life with a traditional lens when it comes to food and relationships (the collective) but a cosmopolitan lens since I am discovering new cultures and ways alien to my upbringing. My time in Canada helps me learn about myself, looking after myself and being thoughtful when changes come my way. Because thankfully the slow pace of life in this mountain town is very conducive to reflection.

The posts in this section have come about during my time in Valemount, a few I was part of the Robson Valley Times, some when I owned Infinity Office & Health and the rest more recent. The blogs provoke thought and conversations around food and wellness in all aspects – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and making deep connections.
